A fairly recent rand report indicated that France Germany and UK could raise at most one armoured brigade after 1-4 months and that they would need to canabilize other units to do so. not so sure how decisive an intervention by western Europe would be most of their armies are tiny and just made to supplement larger us formations.

The only real sizeable army in Europe outside of Ukraine or Russia is Poland or turkey
